Let us know if it works because I have been told many of times that it doesn't come out right.

Yes, I would also like to know how you make out. I had no problem at all working with "real" fondant, but when I tried the marshmallow fluff recipe I finally threw it out! After a BIG insecurity complex! ggg I went to the recipe for homemade fondant in the Wilton yearbook and it worked wonderfully. It is made with glucose or corn syrup (I used the corn syrup) and gelatin and glycerin. I also added the lemon juice and it handled great. I even gave it to a bride for a tasting and it went over well. I wouldn't be afraid to recommend it. Good luck and let us know how your marshmallow batch came out.

I made a two tier cake and made two batches of MMF. I decided it was the perfect time to test out both versions. I have to say that the regular marshmallow recipe gave me virtually no problems, but the one made with fluff almost turned my fondant cake into a buttercream only cake. I will stick to just plain ole regular fondant from now on. It all tastes the same to me anyhow.
