Doing a quote, but they want fondant with IMBC under it! And mousse fillings etc.!
For a July 7 wedding, indoor reception.
Can you put IMBC under fondant?!?
I know fondant can go in the fridge (haven't tried it though), and I'm not humid here, so I'm *assuming* that if it can all go in the fridge, why not use IMBC, but
I'M NOT SURE...
help...I have to get this quote to them today!

Yes, you can definitely put IMBC under fondant
