I have been requested to make a 9x13 sheet cake with the theme of the Chinese "year of the pig". She wants cream cheese frosting on it. I have no ideas as to what to do for this. The cake is due on Saturday 2/17.

Any ideas and/or inspiration would be much appreciated.

I'm glad it came through. You could also add some bamboo (maybe as the border). For something more playful, you could do a FBCT of a cute pig.
