Help!!!

I have just gotten an order for a birthday cake that has to feed 30 people. the DH has asked for a 3 teir cake that looks like presents. I don't know how much to charge. I have only sold 2 cakes before and I not a real professional. So i do need some help.

A 3-tiered cake will feed more than 30, so they need to know that it will be more cake than they need. I've done a few two-tiered cakes (8 and 6 in rounds) and charged $40 for them. For a 3-tiered square, I'd probably charge $70-80. If they say anything about the price, tell them two tiers would be plenty of cake and that would only be 'X' amount.
