Hi, everyone ~
This is my first attempt at mmf and I just made it. It turned out fine and was sooo easy. How soon can I cover the cake with it? I'm delivering the cake Saturday morning. Can I cover it Friday a.m. and decorate it? Will it be fine for Saturday? Also, how should I cover once I'm done with it? Thanks for your help!

Here is a link with instructions on using fondant to cover a cake. It will be fine out of the fridge for 3-4 days once it's covered with fondant. As long as the filling does not need to be refrigerated. You don't need to cover the cake after it's covered with fondant. Hope I helped you....
