I am fairly new to the cake decorating business. Things have been beginning to pick up for me. I have a lady who is interested in a "mad hatter" wedding cake for March 30th. I have never made one and was hoping there would be some suggestion on what to charge and how to assemble the cake. I think she may want the Fondant icing. I only did the fondant one time before. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
