I can't go through their site without getting a headache. They have a big selection, but who could get through all of that mess?
I agree...won't buy from them b/c of their website being so horrible
I like their selection but I find them to often be snooty in their email responses. I've had a couple times where they've been fairly rude, as a matter of fact.
Waiting for an order right now, they seem to be at least attempting to be helpful with it, so hoping it all works out.
I probably won't be ordering from them anymore unless they have something I HAVE to have, that I can't find anywhere else.
I had one bad experience with them and that was enough for me. I went on their website about a year ago, looking for a very specific fondant cutter. I found what looked to be the right one on their website (which, as others have said, is extremely user UNfriendly), but wanted to call them to confirm. I live about 2 hours away from their retail store, so I was willing to drive there if they had what I was looking for. I was shuffled around to a couple different people, and when I finally got to talk to someone, the woman told me that she didn't have time to go look for that fondant cutter (she wouldn't even confirm that they had it in stock!!!!!), and that I needed to come to the store if I wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. I told her that I really didn't want to make the 4 hour trip (round trip) if I didn't know for sure that they had the cutter I was looking for. She said that there was nothing more she could do for me and hung up. I can promise you that I was nothing but nice to her and DID NOT deserve to be treated that way. So, I will never give them my business. I am glad that some people have had good experiences with them, but they blew their chance with me.
