Here are 3 pictures that I have saved to my computer. (I will probably have to send them seperately). Anyway, I am always looking online for ideas, so I don't remember if I found these on CC or elsewhere. But I thought they were very well done.

Here's a really cool idea that I saw on a children's programme. They took white cake batter and divided it into three bowls. Then they coloured the batter a different camouflage colour in each bowl (eg. #1 bowl = green, #2 bowl = dark brown, #3 bowl = light brown). After that they plopped the batter by big spoonfuls into the cake pan, put it in the oven and baked as usual. When you cut into the cake it is camouflaged too!

I've done this in pink, purple, and yellow for a little girl's party and she loved it. Kind of an added surprise on top of the decorating.

Lori83179--

I tried to use the colored sprays and it did not work on the cake I did--looked more tye-dyed than camo. Ended up making 3 different BCs in green, tan and chocolate, then putting them on with tip, smoothing with spat and then with papertowel. There is a baby shower camo cake in my photos.
