Don't have a pasta machine, but am interested in what chocolate clay is and where do you find/or how do you make it.

Yellowdog, if you go to the recipes section and type in chocolate clay you will find recipes for it. It is simply a blend of chocolate and corn syrup. It makes a "tootsie roll" type chocolate that can be rolled out and used like fondant. Seems like it is really catching on lately! icon_smile.gif

I use my rolling pin to roll mine out. I also dont have a pasta machine. But the recipe I use is 10 ozs of chocolate to 1/3 cup of corn syrup.
