I got a request from a mother for a castle or princess cake she saw in a Wilton beginners cake book. It uses a 10x2 round pan and ice cream cones for the turrets. I don't have this book, and I was wondering if anyone on here has a picture of the cake I am describing?

I made the Wilton cake you are talking about. I made some very minor changes (I put three cones instead of five). There's also someone else who did it here - but I can't remember - just look up Wilton castle in the gallery.

I have a Carol Deacon book with an adorable castle in it, but not the Wilton one. And I am pretty sure that if I could get the gallery to come up I could find you a picture of the Carol Deacon one. Everyone must be in the galleries right now, 'cause I'm having no luck with it!
