Beautiful cake, I would charge about $80 with the filling and fondant.
How does that pen work with the writing? I don't understand. : )
SugarVeil is an air-type writing/piping system. You place your icing in the cartridge and then compressed air pushes it out through a tip. You control the amount of pressure (thus, the thickness/amount of frosting being pushed out) by covering a hole. You then simply lift your finger off the hole and it quits coming out.
