Isn't it the best when you cut a little piece off right after it's come out of the oven? It's gushy and warm, and too hot to eat, but you do anyway.

I actually prefer the middles as well - I guess it depends on how the brownies turn out. Quite a science making brownies!
I have been making truffles and chocolates all morning, so this brownie talk is killing me....must make brownies!
