Cloud 9 Theme

I have an order for a 50th birthday party with a cloud 9 theme.
A number 9 covered in clouds is all I could come up with. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Well, Cloud 9 is supposed to represent a state of ultimate elation, so perhaps if you could find out what the person's favorite hobby is, favorite film, something that you could incorporate them doing that would make them feel that way - grandchildren on a grandparent's lap, perhaps. I just turned 50, and when my grand-nieces and nephews come to cuddle with me when they get tired (I have no grandchildren yet) I am on Cloud 9!

Followed Theresa's advice and got nothing. All she said was maybe a cloud shaped cake with 9's on it!!

You could use a patal pan to make the cake more cloud like maybe stacking 2 or 3 to represent "floating clouds" Maybe a little figure all lounged out on these clouds with a plaque saying flying high on cloud 9.
