I'm looking for a good cheesecake cookbook. One with interesting cheesecakes like you might find at the Cheesecake factory. I've seen only a handful of cheesecake books and the recipes are basically variations on a theme. Nothing wrong with them, but I'm looking for something interesting and out of the ordinary. I searched epicurious.com and saw quite a few that I would try. Is there a cheesecake cookbook out there that would give me the kind of recipes I'm looking for?

I have a Philly cream cheese book that is divoted to strictly cheesecakes. There is a lot of different kinds and they all look and sound wonderful. I've only made a few from this book though, but they were each really good. You could probly go on line and look for it.
