I cant seem to grip the idea of the uttercream transfer.......... How do you do it exactly. and also what is rice paper?????????

Rice paper is almost the same as edible image papers..Some here use food writers on the rice paper.. (food writers are pens with edible ink and you use them as you would a reg. Pen) I think it is just a bit thicker.

briansbaker, would you or someone else who has used rice paper please explain how rice paper is used and how you would put it on a cake. My brother was at a yard sale and a lady who used to do cake decorating was saleing everthing she had and he bought me a whole big box of rice paper for a dollar, so I have set it aside because I just don't know what to do with it or how it is used. Thanks so much
