OK. My brilliant idea was to make PB ganache using Reese's PB chips and heavy cream, like you'd make chocolate ganache. Totally didn't work like I expected. It tasted ok, but it appears as if some kind of oil separated out. The leftovers look pretty nasty refrigerated. Is there another way to make PB ganache?

Hi

Yes, you can make peanut butter ganache with white chocolate, heavy cream and peanut butter. YOu may need to add a little butter as well. I have a friend that is a chocolatier and his is just fabulous. I can't remember the exact amounts but I can try to check for you if you like.

Good luck
