Hi
I use chocolate curls alot. I use the aPeels chocolates and you add a heaping tablespoon of shortening to a cup of chocolate melts and put it in a mini loaf pan. Put in the fridge. Take out when cold and let it get to room temp. I use a vegetabe peeler, the kind that swivels.
I am trying to think if I have any photos on here. If not got to my website, I am sure to have some in the grooms cakes.
