Just Took Wiltons Gumpaste Fondant Class!

I loved it! My teacher is Cathy Nance here in Houston, I took it at the WIllowbrook Michaels.
What a great class so far! I'm so excited! Ya'll are going to love it! 
How much homework do you have? I was supposed to start this next week but backed out since my schedule filled up and I was afraid of too much homework. Please let me know as you take this the homework load. I want to take this when I have the time.
Actually, all we have to do is bring a cake dummy covered with fondant so we can keep putting all kinds of different techniques on it. We covered a cake board with fondant, and made a cute fondant box. It was really informative! We were to pick what our final cake was and we are going to complete it as we go so we will have it done at the end of the course. Michaels actually put a coupon out this week.
