I am working on a cake right now, it is due at 10:00am tomorrow as I have to go to work at 11:00. It is a tinkerbell cake. I made the white almond sour cream cake, made the strawbery filling from this site, and I am using Buttercream Dream frosting. I also have fondant pearls made for the bottom border. I also have an edible image of Tinkerbell. My question is this. Can I frost, place the edible image with the roses around the edibel image in the fridge tonite after I am done?? Will the roses bleed into the image or will the image get damaged being in the fridge? I am going to put the pearls on in the morning, as I know not to put them in the fridge. Please advise me. Thank you!!!

Sorry but I cannot answer your question however, I just learned from your post that you cannot put pearls in the fridge. I never knew this - what happens if in the fridge?

I think I'd wait until the morning to do it. It may just bleed. What is the Tinkerbell made of?

The Tinkerbell is an edible image that I bought from the cake store. I was thinking that same thing, wait until morning. I am cleaning up the kitchen now, and may just get up early to finish this up. Thank you!!

I have put edible images in the fridge with roses on the cake as well and never had any problems with it.
