I forgot why I bought it. I read to put it in cake mix and also read someone says they put it everything, icing and cake mix. Any help. It must have been on sale, I bought 3, and I don't know what to do with it now. lol

You can use it 1:1 anywhere you would normally use vanilla. You must really like the stuff to buy 3 bottles, though. 
I don't particularly care for it. I think it has a chemical taste to it, so I only use it where other flavors will be as prominent or more prominent, or when it's for family 
It's not yucky in cake or icing, I just don't think it really adds much. I'll stick with plain old vanilla & butter flavoring, thank you very much!
