Ka Warranty?

I have always thought that kitchenaids had either a lifetime warranty or a 10-year...the other day when I called for service the lady informed me I would have to pay for it myself because they only have a 1 year warranty... has this changed recently?

Why don't you go to the KA website and e-mail them asking about warranty information, giving them the model number you have. I would think they would gladly help you out.

it definitely isn't a lifetime warranty. go to www.kitchenaid.com for information
