Ok what recipe worked for you in the mini stand up bear????? I have NO idea whats wrong with my cake batter that it would deflate/jsut collapse on itself. At first it was to light and stuck to the pan, then it was to fudge and when it came out of the mold it completely deflated and squished itself.

I need a recipe that tastes good and will work asap! Its due tomorow. D:

thank you ashley and caknutz! The vanilla cake posted is in the oven baking as i type. If that doesn't work i'll have to try the brown sugar cake. I just need it to stay up, i'm carving from it so it doesn;t need to look like a bear! lol

I would suggest using the White Almond Sour Cream cake recipe found on this site...It tastes great, is moist yet very dense!!
