OK.. so I responded to another thread and was convinced by the Bears website that colors were blue and orange. Originially my hubby did a search because he thought it was black.. then discovered it was a deep navy, which I knew to be true. In the midst of DH and I disagreeing and me coming out the winner of course.. I called my friend who is ordering the helmet cake and told her to ask her hubby what the color was to him, black or Navy... I have all decided to go Navy from all of the other posts here, and low and behold 5 hours later the friend calls and says her husband says black.... so what do I do?

Be accurate or make the helmet black because that is what he thinks? I could just beat myself over the head icon_smile.gif

I'd be accurate....

even I, color cordinating challenged that I am, can tell it's a deep navy (and looks to be rip-off of UofI colors as well!)

It's definately not black...(the uniforms were black at one time decades ago)

The Bears colors are Navy Blue (a dark Navy), Orange & White.

well I called her back and she says he insists on it being black, so go with black, I figured they are the ones ordering.. I just told her that if people came to the party and made it comment about it being wrong, then he better tell them it was his fault!
