I just filled and crumb coated my cakes for my DS's bday. I was thinking of icing it tomorrow. I currently have is in a closed cake box. Will the crumb coat seal the cake enough or will it dry out or should I put the BC on it tonight?

TIA
Nikki

If you didnt want to frost the cake until tommrow I would just wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer until you are ready to frost it everything should be fine.

Thanks for the help. After I couldn't get CC to come back up on my CPU I decided to frost them to be safe.

Thanks again.

personally I think the crumb coat alone would seal it just fine, but a little saran wrap wouldn't hurt.
