If I were to make Antonia's RI tonight and was going to use it tom do I refrigerate it or can I let it set covered in a tupperware bowl on the counter overnight? Also how long does it last?

I knon when I make my royal icing I let it sit out and do not refrigerate it. I put mine in a tupperware and then just cover it with a towel. I have not made Antonia's RI yet. Hope this helps.

I used her recipe and just put it in an airtight container overnight.. actually for 2 nights I think before I used it and it was fine!

Oh, that stuff lasts for weeks! Just put a layer of saran directly on the surface before you seal the tupperware container. No need to refrigerate.
