Everytime I try and do my crumb coating more and more cake just falls off. Can someone help?
Also, can someone tell me what MMF stands for?
Thanks so much

It sounds like you may need to thin your icing down some. If the icing is too thick, it will tear your cake up.

MMF---stands for Marshmallow Fondant, there is a recipe in the recipe section

Welcome to CC=) Some members will either freeze or refrigerate the cake before crumb coating. If they freeze it, they crumb coat, then let it defrost before putting the final coat on. HTH, Jen
