I just made some with chocolate cake and chocolate caramel creamer. I am going to put white chocolate on the outside. I have had some in the freezer since christmas and just took them out the other day and they were still good. I like them better frozen then just cold. IMO. I also made white cake with irish creme creamer and vanilla toffee creamer and they went over great.

At the moment I just have french vanilla creamer. How do you think that would go with a white or strawberry cake? Thanks again folks.............

I think that would be great with strawberry cake.

I've made them with strawberry cake and vanilla creamer. Delicious!
I've never frozen them after they were dipped, but you might have some problems with condensation. I have frozen before I dipped and didn't have any problems, but you have to let them thaw or the chocolate might crack.

Oh my gosh...these things are wicked!!! They are soooo addicting!

Some of my favorite combos:

chocolate cake mixed with mini choc. chips and crushed heath bar pieces, melted caramel as a binder and dipped in choc

chocolate cake with mini choc chips, peanut butter as a binder, dipped in melted peanut butter chips and sprinkled with mini choc chips

strawberry cake mini choc chips dipped in chocolate sprinkled with mini chips....these taste like choc covered strawberries!

I am getting ready to try cranberry orange flavor dipped in white chocolate.

Whenever I make these, people literally go nuts over them!! The possibilities are endless!
