I was looking to make the Hopping High Rise cake from the 2004 year book....has anyone ever done this design before....how difficult is it really?
I'll probably be in the middle of midterm exams and have the 2 little ones running around. I thought there was alot of this cake that can be done ahead of time.
What do you guys think?

I think it looks like it would be, on a scale 1 to 10 about 6.... what did you decide to do?
