I just wanted to introduce my daughter to everyone at cake central. Her screen name is mem1995. She will start her course 1 of wilton classes on Saturday. Her name is Madison and she is eleven years old. I am sure some will think she is to young but she wants to be a pastry chef when she grows up and I think its great that she wants to start early. Of course I am all for it. Yay! So pretty soon she will be posting her pics. She has a lot to learn and I can't think of a better place or better people to get her started.

My nephew is 11 years old and just the other day he came over because he wanted Aunt Susan (that's me ) to teach him how to bake a cake from scratch.

Welcome to CC and congrats on having a daughter that is so into what you do too I wish I could say the same about mine but she has no interest whatsoever in baking lol ... at least you two can spend time together baking/decorating again, welcome to CC ... we're really happy to have you both here
