specifically, between Rolled Icing and Fondant? Thanks!!
Don't quote me on this but, Rolled fondant is rolled icing and fondant in Britain is gumpaste or sugarpaste, something. Bump!
My understanding is that rolled icing is another name for fondant. This is not to be confused with rolled buttercream icing/fondant, which is used as a fondant but made of buttercream.
