Can someone tell me exactly how to use luster dust? Can you use it dry or does it need to be wet? Do you apply with paintbrush? Thank you.

Do a forum search and you will find TONS of info on luster dust.

Long story short, you can use it both wet (mixed with vodka or lemon extract) and dry, both applied with a paintbrush.

But read the forums, it's fun stuff!

You can use it dry or mix it with a clear extract (vanilla or lemon), gin vodka, or everclear to make a paint. I personally use vodka.
