So if you register with their site you can get coupons? I have tried to even take a hobby lobby one from their internet site and the michael's here wont' take it because it is off a computer... stunned me because it is the same darn thing I can cut out of the newspaper.. does anyone else have this issue?
I mean michael's won't take my home printed coupons.
i don't get the flyers at my house, but whenever i go to michaels, i tell them that i don't get the flyers and they take down my postal code and a signature and i get the discount anyways... i've heard that sometimes you have to ask to speak with a manager, but it hasn't happened to me yet.
Michael's won't take home printed coupons here. I have to get official flyers. There have been times I have purchased extra newspapers if I need a couple more coupons!
I used to work part-time at Michael's and they do let you ask at the register for a coupon. I heard they were going to crack down on that but haven't had the chance to see if its true. As for Hobby Lobby, their coupon is no longer in the paper or on display, but you must go online to print them off. I was in the store recently and they wouldn't even tell me what the coupon was for or the percentage--they just told me to look online for the info. I'm thinking that they are doing that so their coupon can only be used in their store and not their competitor's. I'll have to try it at Michael's and see if my town is as strict with the internet coupon. Michael's does accept JoAnn Fabric coupons also.
They used to let us do that here but about 6 months ago they posted a sign that said no coupon too bad!!
They won't give us the discount unless we have the flyer coupon in hand. ![]()
