I dont remeber who sent the directions of how they transfered over by tracing coloring book pages, but I know I copied the directions.
My questions:
For the main outline, shoud I use something like the gel icing tubes? Or what size tip? And is there a type of icing that works better since I will be freezing it overnight before I actually adhere it to the cake? Last one, After I adhere the icingtrace to the top of the cake, do I let it sit in the refrig before serving or on the counter (as the icing thaws) (will be served same day).
TIA!

I have only done this a couple of times, but I used the Wilton black icing in the tube (not the gel, just the regular). I put the icing in a bowl and added just a touch of water to thin it out. Then I traced the outline of the picture with a #1 tip. After the frozen transfer was on top of the cake I just let it sit out. It was fine and I didn't have any trouble with any of the colors. Good luck and HTH!

Thanks again
