I need inspiration!! I was thinking of doing some and just doing the football itself and then I thought maybe I should do some helmets. But that looks really hard! So please show me what you've done in the past.

Any tips? Thanks! Jackie

I didn't do superbowl cookies....not into it this year......I'm in Pittsburgh!!!!

I did do some cut out groundhog cookies the other day for my husband to take to work at the hospital. They really got a kick out of them. Nobody I know has ever done those but I do every year!!!

Oh, I almost forgot.....

Next week I'm having my students do poured fondant so we're doing heart shaped petite fours, covered in pastel colored poured fondant and white writing to make them look like candy hearts!! (I teach a certificate program in cake decorating at the local college here)

kneadacookie, um, I am soooo in love with you! How in the world did you get so much detail in there??? They are awesome!! I'm up late trying to finish some basic ones, but I'm using rolled buttercream and it is beyond messy and oily. HELP!! How do I cut from the rolled buttercream to the cookie itself? Should I use fondant instead?
