I had to share this. I have been trying and testing some Marshmallow Fondant and all the recipes say to coat the surface you are working on very well as it is extremely sticky, which it is. I remembered that a friend of mine who sells tuperware, made me buy their new rolling pastry mat as she swore nothing would stick to it, So I tried it. WHAT A BLESSING. Thank you Cindy! This mat is great as it did not stick to it. It has good markings on it for every two inches and a couple of circles for round cakes. I totally recommend this product for no mess work.
