I need a recipe for white chocolate BC..but won't be able to refrigerate the cake...can you add melted white choc. (chips or bar?) to regular buttercream or will it seize up/not have decorating consistency? Any ideas using mer. powder would also help! Thanks!

Yes, It's fine to add white chocolate to BC! I don't have a specific recipe...I just keep adding it while it's mixing until it tastes right.

I agree with mamacc. I have done the same thing - just added a little at a time and tasted it as it went along. I know it is a tough job being the taster but someone has to do it icon_biggrin.gif
