Okay, so I have my first wedding cake, which happens to be my sisters to do in just 2 and a half weeks. Its four tiers, and will be covered in white chocolate ganache. I am a little worried about the set up of it, as I am a bridesmaid as well, and will have to be setting it up at the reception early in the morning even though the reception is at 6pm. What can I do. I dont want the heat to get to the icing, and for all the chocolate cut out decorations to start sliding off or anything. Help....any ideas???
is there anyway to keep it cool....... can you have someone help set it up?
jus make suer you have a repair kit with you and extra decorations in cse of breakage
