I have read the forum about the ACDM and I am wondering if there are any other decorating mags. out there. Does anyone know of others?

There is the Mailbox News which you can subscribe to on the same website as the American Cake Decorating Magazine (www.americancakedecorating.com) or there is one called Here Comes The Cake from Cake Visions (www.herecomesthecake.com).
Those are the only ones that I know of in the US. There are others internationally.

I love Tortas Utilisimas paso a paso. It's in Spanish but you don't HAVE to be able to read spanish as it has a lot of step by step pictures. I read some spanish so that helps.

I know some people can find it at their cake stores (I know you can get in Florida). I get mine off ebay.

They do lots of sculpting and fondant work. Lots of kids stuff which I love.

There is a great magazine from England called "Wedding Cakes --- A Design Source". It is published by the Squires Group in Surrey 4 times a year.

It is available on newstands here in Toronto...for $14.95 per issue. icon_eek.gif

Here is their website, so you can inquire about a subscription or ask if it is sold near you...

They sell a few different magazines...one all about sugarpaste, one on wedding cakes, one about dresses....

There is another magazine called "Cakes and Sugarcraft", published in England. I stumbled across it in Barnes and Noble one day and picked it up. icon_smile.gif I paid $12.50 for it, but the pics are really incredible. LOTS of how-to.
