Hi I am fairly new. I have checked out cakecentral before. I would like to say I am so impressed with everyone that I have read posts from. This is the best place I have found for answers and have so many friendly people willing to share advice and tips, ITS THE GREATEST. I just recently finished my classes. I hope that my cakes can be as beautiful as the ones I have seen here. Your #1 on my list.
Welcome to CC! Where in Ohio are you? I lived in Chillicothe for 3 years and my MIL lives in Toledo.
Nancy, if I waited until my cakes looked as good as the ones on here I would still be waiting, but someone here told me to post anyway. It is a good way to watch your progress, and to get some good advice on how to do things better.
The folks here are sooo helpful and really care. They won't lead you astray.
