what can I do to finish it off?

It is a buttercake with chocolate Ganache raspberry filling White Chocolate Ganache on the outside and chocolate shavings on the side.

I'd definately pipe top and bottom borders, either shell or dots. Are you going to pipe a salutation on the top? If not, I'd just sprinkle some more of your chocolate on top. It all depends on what the ocassion is.

I agree it needs borders, I am not good with writing so if it was me I would do more shavings on top sounds like it's a delicious cake though!

I have never made them, but how about some roses made out of tootsie rolls for the top.

I am out of Genache. So can't pipe borders. My second batch went bad. Do you think more chocolate on top would be okay?

Could you just use buttercream to do the borders? Chocolate sprinkled on top would be pretty too though. How about a border of chocolate chips? Or maybe you could add some strawberries to it.
just a thought.

What do you think of this? I added Raspberry Liquor to chocolate and melted and made these balls. Should I take away the middle?
