Hello, I'm doing a king cake this year for Mardi Gras and was wondering if anyone had any recipes for it? I'm not looking for the traditional recipe, i was thinking something like Chocolate cake and Raspberry filling. I've seen it on Food Network one year but can't find a recipe offline... can anyone help me??
If anyone has any other "un-traditional" variations that would be great, too.
