Looking For Pan Grease Recipe

Help can not find a recipe for pan grease I know you mix butter with crisco but can not remember the rest....thanks

No, no butter. Equal parts Crisco, Oil and flour, just make the amount you think you need. Janice

I mix mine 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of vegetable oil, 1 cup of Crisco ... I mix until smooth and then store in an air tight container. HTH icon_smile.gif

I use:

1/4 cup flour
2 cups Crisco

Cream shortening, add flour and cream together till all lumps are gone, and mixture is smooth. Coat inside of pans generously. Can be stored in seal tight container in cabinet.

1/4 c. Crisco
1/4c. flour
2 T. liquid shortening
Mix well. Store in tupperware bowl. I also double this recipe

My recipe calls for equal parts Crisco, veg. oil and powdered sugar--no flour at all!

I would think it would last for along time. I'm not sure I go through it pretty fast.
