Rice krispy treats. I was aksed to do up some gourmet rice krispy treats, treats dipped in Ghirardelli chocolate, and drizzled with white chocolate on sticks , wrapped and with bow. I have several orders but I am wondering when I can start to make them, they need to be done by the 7th of Feb. I don't want to make them too early, but I have about 144 to make, usually I make them the night before, but this is a big order,If I start making them this weekend do you think they will last until the 7th?

I would freeze them. Rice Krispy treats tend to get stale tasting quickly.

I read on the recipe to eat within 2 days I believe--they turn stale pretty fast.
