Hello! It's been a very long time since I've posted. Surprisingly I remembered my login credentials!
I am working on a standing/sitting penguin cake and I was thinking I would use modelling chocolate for the details (eyes, feet, beak, etc.). The cake will be covered in buttercream I wanted the little flippers to sort of curve away from the body at the ends. Does anyone know if there are any adverse effects if I piped buttercream on top of the modeling chocolate? Will it stay? If not...any other ideas how I can make the flippers and have it blend in with the rest of the buttercream on the cake? TIA!
