Hi,

My edible icing sheets frequently keep getting jammed right where the acetate meets the icing sheet. Does anyone know why this happens and  how to solve it.

i do not know, sorry -- i bought a printer, edible ink galore and all the trimmings and thought about all the issues and anguish -- this probably ten years ago -- and i sold it sight unseen -- never even opened the box! hahaha --

there was a tremendous edible ink printer lady who was so available and nice and helpful and i can't remember the name of her business -- don't even know if it's still ongoimg --maybe someone will remember or... 

was it icing images?

yep it is! yay! i remembered and they are still open!! she will fix you up!
