Hello, I forgot to keep homemade fondant in freezer and it is been two years now. Ca I use it?

fondint was made with mrshmallow, icing sugar and glycerin.

You can certainly use for making models, or covering cake boards. But I personally wouldn’t use to cover a cake, to be eaten. I don’t make my fondant anymore. I buy in large 10 lb container. But I separate into 2 lb sections and freeze. Take out when needed.
