How Do I Apply Luster Dust....please Help

This may be silly but I just don't know how. thank you for any help.

Mix with clear alcohol (vodka, gin) or lemon extract to make a paint like consistancy and paint. Add the liquid drop at a time, don't want to use too much.

Depends on the look you are going for. If you want just a suddle sheen then dry dust on , if you want a more solid coverage then paint it on (I mix mine with lemon extract)

If you are painting it on, try not to get the luster dust mixture to thin otherwise when you try to paint it won't get a nice even coat. Picture nail polish consistancy..you know a little on the thick side.

Just use a soft paint brush to brush it on. icon_biggrin.gif

I also heard that some use a new, clean eye shadow applicator. The one that has a white, flat tip, kinda like a cue tip.
