I finally figured out how to load it! Any advice on making this cake will be GREATLY appreciated!! I'm mostly worried about making Eleven.

Making 3D people is a good amount of work and one of the hardest things to do in the cake world in my opinion. If you don't know how to sculpt him, I would suggest looking for a toy of him that you can use as a topper and gift. Or, you can try a 2D image of him by using a print out and a projector, or edible image, or something like that. 

i didn't know who 11 was -- i figured it was the guy but...doesn't he have a 12 on or near him? idk -- but when i sculpted something like that -- i just looked at the object and tried to make it out of whatever product i was using -- you could start him on a skewer or popsicle stick -- you could put a piece across there for the shoulders -- maybe something like that? some people use wire inside -- some would not use anything internally --
