So, been using Wilton meringue powder forever to decorate my sugar cookies & love my recipe. Well...now Wilton is hard to get & needed to use Satin Ice. Same recipe came out runny & I don't like the taste. Anyone have luck using Satin Ice to get a good tasting stiff consistency royal icing?
Have a large order coming up and am panicking because I do not like the icing I made & am afraid it will taste too different.
