Hi everyone, I need advice on working with Rich's Better Creme. I will be making a wedding cake and the Bride wants me to ice it with white Better Creme, and pipe black scroll work on it. My question is should I use regular butter cream for the black scroll work or try to color the Better Creme black? I am concerned that I won't be able to get it black enough, but I also saw somewhere that you shouldn't mix Better Creme with butter cream? Any advice would be appreciated.
